Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for private duty home health care. The role supports patients in their homes, with care teams and a broad patient population as part of Aveanna’s expanding network.

Flexible scheduling is offered—full-time, part-time, or PRN—with days, nights, and weekend shifts to accommodate your availability. Aveanna provides support, tools, and pathways for skill advancement within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
