Aveanna Healthcare in Urbana, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our private duty homecare team. You’ll work with patients in their homes, providing compassionate nursing care and coordinating with clinicians to support outcomes.

• Must hold active IL LPN/LVN license (compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 60 days).
