Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare seeks aLicensed Practical/Nurse (LPN/LV) for home health in Florida. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with care teams and documenting care at the point of service.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN; shifts include days, nights, and weekend options. Training and support are provided in a patient-centered, diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you practice.
• CPR certification is required (hands-on). Aveanna can assist in obtaining CPR after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel to patient homes.
