Aveanna Healthcare in Florida is hiring Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate, in-home nursing care to patients of all ages. This role supports families, coordinates with clinicians, and delivers essential clinical services in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must transfer within 60 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care in patients' homes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Document care electronically in the patient record
• Coordinate with patients' families and healthcare team

  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
