Job summary

East Palestine Elementary School is seeking compassionate RN or LPN nurses for private duty care in Dundalk, MD. Join a dedicated home-care team providing one-on-one patient support in the client’s home, with training available in specialized care needs.

Positions include evening shifts (e.g., 10P-8A) and require licensure in Maryland or multi-state compact, CPR/BLS, and the ability to work independently. Vent/G-tube experience is valued, with training offered as needed.

Qualifications

Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for 44 yo male, with a peg tube, in Dundalk, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

• Monday: 10P-8A
• Tuesday: 10P-8A

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information:

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
