Job summary

Joint Commission Accredited home care agency in Columbia, MD is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to deliver dedicated in-home nursing care. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and document care plans for adult and pediatric clients.

Training for G-tube, trach, and ventilator care is available. Shifts are 1–2 days per week, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM, with competitive pay and benefits after 90 days of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• MD nursing license (active/unrestricted) or compact license.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Confidence to work independently.
• Pediatric experience is a plus; training available for G-tube/Trach/vent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients in Columbia, MD.
• Perform nursing assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document nursing notes clearly and promptly.

1-2 days per week: 9:30A-3:30P

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information:

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
