Job summary

Comprehensive Nursing Services Inc in Baldwin, MD is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for private duty home care. We train in G-tube, trach, and ventilator care as needed, with supervising nurses ready to teach and support you in a flexible, client-centered role.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 10-hour days for a 43-year-old female client. Pay ranges $26–$42 per hour based on licensure and experience; benefits after 90 days, weekly direct deposit, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in MD or Multistate compact
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Willing to train in G-tube/Trach care
• Vent experience preferred
• Pediatric experience a plus

Responsibilities

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

Monday-Thursday: 10 hour day shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information:

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
