Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care as prescribed by the physician to acutely or chronically ill patients in their homes. Responsibilities include recording clinical notes and coordinating patient care activities to ensure high-quality care within the assigned geographic area. The nurse works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or designated supervisor, following all applicable laws, licensure requirements, and agency policies.

State Specific Requirements:
License Requirements: Must have current LPN licensure in Tennessee, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Current CPR certification is required.
Experience Requirements: Previous home care experience preferred.
