Private Duty - Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Days

Join Adoration Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our private duty home care team. This full-time, entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your LPN skills while providing essential one-on-one care to patients in their homes.

Position Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within LPN scope
• Educate patients and families as outlined by RN
• Monitor vital signs and record observations
• Manage intake and output, report significant changes
• Assess and document patient conditions
• Administer medications as ordered by physicians and instructed by RN
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• Previous experience in home health, private duty, skilled nursing, or hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license with insurance
