Adoration Private Duty is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform selected nursing procedures within LPN scope of practice
• Provide patient and family education as outlined by the RN
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions
• Record intake/output and report significant changes
• Assess and document physical and mental status changes
• Administer medications as instructed by the physician and RN
• Participate in staff meetings and educational programs

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home health, private duty, skilled nursing, or hospital setting preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation or valid driver's license with insurance
