AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Lansing, MI. We value each patient’s unique needs and preferences, and we’re looking for caregivers who strive to offer tailored care while honoring individual choices.

We’re hiring for Full-time, Part-time, and PRN roles with shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Benefits include 401K, medical coverage, PTO, and weekly pay, with opportunities for advanced training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Must pass drug screen (THC) and background check.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patients and family with care plans and safety.
• Document care provided and communicate with supervisor.
