AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide private duty in-home care for clients in the Six Lakes area and surrounding regions. You’ll offer compassionate one-on-one support, assist with daily activities, and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the service area. CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and independent work ethic needed.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing.
• Slide board transfers.
• Range of Motion (≈15 minutes).
• Commode assistance.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Light housework and meal prep as needed.
• Drive Handicap van as needed (client may drive).
