Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for Clients in the Kent City/Cedar Springs area and surrounding regions. You will deliver one-on-one care in clients’ homes, focusing on safe bathing, transfers, ROM exercises, ADLs, and light housework.

Join a team that values reliability, independent work ethic, and compassionate communication; CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with travel within the service area supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR Certification required.
• Able to pass a drug screen/background check.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing.
• Slide board transfers.
• Range of motion exercises (approx 15 minutes).
• Commode assistance.
• ADLs assistance.
• Light housekeeping (cooking/cleaning as needed).
• Drive handicapped van as needed (clients may drive themselves).
