Job summary

AdvisaCare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care in the Six Lakes area and surrounding communities. You will deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes, focusing on safety and dignity, with flexible shift options.

Responsibilities include ADLs, transfers, mobility support, and light housework. Reliable transportation, CPR certification, and ability to travel within the service area are required. Competitive pay and weekly payroll offered.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• Ability to work independently with integrity.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing and daily living activities.
• Slide board transfers and mobility support.
• Range of motion exercises (approximately 15 minutes).
• Commode assistance and ADL support.
• Light household duties (cleaning, meal prep as needed).
• Transport to appointments as needed; often client can drive themselves.
