Job summary

AdvisaCare in Cedar Springs, MI and surrounding areas is hiring Top of the Line Home Health Aides to deliver private duty in-home care. Each client is unique and you’ll focus on honoring preferences, choices, abilities, and needs with compassion.

We offer 1st shift, 8-hour shifts, flexible scheduling, part-time & PRN options, and benefits including 401K, medical coverage, PTO, weekly pay, and 24/7 staffing support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to work independently with integrity.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screen/background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting client with ADLs.
• Transfers (client able to pivot transfer).
• Positioning and bathing as needed.
• Catheter care where required.
• Assisting with appointments outside the home.
• Light housekeeping such as changing sheets, sweeping and mopping.

Skills
