Job summary

Caregiver Services Inc., a Help at Home company, is registering Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs in Florida to provide private duty care in clients’ homes. This is an independent contractor opportunity where you select assignments based on availability and location.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with weekly direct deposits and a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible caregivers. Hours and assignments vary by location and client needs, with responsive support from the CSI network.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate (40 hours training) required.
• English communication skills required.
• Government-issued ID required.
• Completion of state-required training.
• Florida Level 2 background screening through AHCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks as needed (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime routines.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Offer companionship and assist with daily activities.
• Light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Run errands or provide transportation where applicable.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
