Job summary

Caregiver Services Inc., a Help at Home company, is recruiting Florida caregivers for private duty home care. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity; you decide assignments based on availability and client needs.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with a $500 sign‑on bonus for eligible caregivers. CSI offers flexible scheduling, 24/7 support, and direct deposit payments in Florida.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate (40 hours).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Completion of state-required training.
• Florida Level 2 background screening through AHCA.
• Ability to perform the services required for the assignments accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty home care per plan of care.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist at mealtimes.
• Support safe mobility and transfers.
• Offer companionship and daily activities assistance.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Observe changes in client condition and report them.
