Job summary

Caregiver Services Inc., a Help at Home company, is registering Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide private duty care in Florida. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity where you choose assignments based on availability and location.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible caregivers. CSI offers weekly direct deposit payments and flexible client matching to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate (40 hours).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Completion of state-required training.
• Florida Level 2 background screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Ability to perform the services required for the assignments you accept.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance.
• Safe mobility and transfer assistance.
• Companionship and help with daily activities.
• Light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Errands or transportation where applicable.
• Observe and report changes in client condition as required.
