Job summary

Caregiver Services Inc., a Help at Home company, is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs in Florida as independent contractors to provide private duty care in clients’ homes. You decide which assignments to accept based on your schedule and area.

Starting pay is $15 per hour, with weekly direct deposit and a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible caregivers. This is 1099 work; you’re responsible for your taxes and business obligations, and you must meet Florida licensing and background-check

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate (40 hours) required.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Completion of state-required training.
• Florida Level 2 background screening through AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Ability to perform the services required for the assignments you accept.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care per client plan of care.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance.
• Safe mobility and transfer support.
• Companionship and daily activity assistance.
• Light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Run errands or transportation where applicable.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
