Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Home and Community Based Services Aide to assist clients at home with personal care, daily living activities, and household tasks. You will document conditions, monitor vital signs, and maintain confidentiality using EVV.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and TN-specific training including clinical hours within 3 months. Preferred CPR certification and at least 6 months of home care experience.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit
• TN: 75 hours of training including 16 clinical hours within first 3 months
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
