Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care. The role includes taking vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting rehabilitation efforts with the supervising PT when applicable.

Requirements include an active CNA license, current Nurse Aide Registry in the state, and a driver’s license with reliable transportation. NEW GRADUATES WELCOME; prior institutional care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
• NEW GRADUATES WELCOME!
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in the state of employment.
• Preferred 1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Bathe clients and assist with showers and partial baths.
• Assist clients with exercises and rehabilitation in collaboration with PT as applicable.
• Maintain personal hygiene and assist with activities of daily living.
• Answer questions about self-care and provide instructions to client and family.
• Assist client in getting ready for doctor appointments.
• Lift, turn, and weigh clients as appropriate.
