Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a proactive Private Dining Sales & Events Manager to drive private dining, restaurant buyouts, group dining, and special event sales in Washington, DC. This role blends sales, event management, client relationship development, and guest service, with even-time evenings, weekends, and select events required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in private dining, catering sales, event sales, or related hospitality field.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate private dining, restaurant buyout, catering, group dining, and special event sales through prospecting and relationship development.
• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Manage private dining and events from start to finish, including proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful events.
