Nbutexas is seeking a dynamic Senior Event Sales Manager to lead private dining and special event sales with creativity, enthusiasm, and precision.

You will build relationships, drive bookings, and manage a small team in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Washington, DC, delivering memorable events and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant or hotel event sales.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments for at least 3 years.
• Ability to build relationships, drive bookings, and meet revenue goals through proactive networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math aptitude for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Flexible schedule with availability aligned to event and restaurant peak volume times.
• Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate a small team.
