Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Full-time MBA student graduating December 2027 through June 2028.
• Desire to join global private markets investments platform after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Review private debt opportunities and perform due diligence on GPs.
• Conduct market research on macro trends across credit strategies.
• Assist Senior Research staff in managing inflow of investment opportunities.
• Evaluate marketing materials to identify key value drivers.
• Prepare Fund Summaries and Investment Memorandums per StepStone standards.
• Analyze data to test hypotheses about sector attractiveness.
• Articulate independent views on credit strategies and opportunities.
• Engage with managers and participate in due diligence discussions.
