Aufgaben

• Screening and conducting due diligence of primary and co-investment opportunities.
• Performing in-depth research and financial analysis on companies and assets from various stages, sectors, and geographies.
• Preparation of due diligence materials and investment committee memos.
• Interacting with external parties, including private equity sponsors, industry experts and investment bankers, as well as with other areas of the firm internally, to enhance due diligence insights and identify new opportunities.
• Monitoring and conducting analysis on the firm’s existing investments.
