Job summary

Audax Private Debt is seeking a Finance Associate to manage financial reporting for its Boston-based private debt funds. You will prepare and review fund-level statements and investor materials, while coordinating with Investor Relations, Tax, and Deal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 2–3+ years of experience, with CPA pursuit a plus. This hybrid position involves 3 days in the office in Boston, MA, and offers a structured path in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• Working towards CPA a plus.
• 2–3+ years of experience, including public accounting, preferably focusing on alternative investment asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, fund level returns and investor deliverables for various Private Debt funds.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MD&A on fund performance for senior management.
• Review fund administrator’s work on various Private Debt funds.
• Prepare and review capital calls and distributions.
• Track and update the portfolio of investments for the various Private Debt funds.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, CLO, FP&A, Tax and Private Debt Deal teams.
