Responsibilities

• Investment analysis & underwriting for potential investments.
• Deal execution and coordination with legal and third-party advisors.
• Portfolio monitoring and performance tracking.
• Prepare investment memos and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
• Operational support and maintaining internal systems and documentation.
