Job summary

Qualifications

• minimum 1 year of experience in investment banking, investment due diligence, portfolio management, or a similar investment role
• strong interest in alternative investments / private markets
• excellent quantitative and communication skills

Responsibilities

• assist senior team members in the sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring of private investment funds and direct co-investments
• attend meetings with prospective and existing fund managers
• build specific knowledge of private markets and actively follow ongoing trends
• complete rigorous investment analysis, including assessment of fund managers' prior track record, operational metrics, cash flows, and value creation
• create detailed investment collateral including investment committee presentations
• closely monitor and document post-investment updates, including manager update calls and client reporting
