Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, secondaries, co-investments, or fund of funds.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for potential investments.
• Deal Execution: Support transaction structuring and coordination with legal advisors.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor investments and track performance metrics.
• Investment Committee Support: Prepare and present investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Operational Support: Assist with reporting and maintaining internal systems and documentation.
