Job summary

InforCapital's Global Alternatives Investment Solutions team is seeking an Associate for Private Credit Solutions to originate, underwrite, and execute secondary investments. You will collaborate with senior investment professionals and external counterparties globally across the US, UK, and India.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate private credit opportunities across LP-led and GP-led transactions.
• Drive underwriting and diligence on funds, loan portfolios, managers, and exposures.
• Build and refine financial models to assess returns and risk.
• Own IC memoranda and underwriting decks.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution with sponsors, intermediaries, and legal advisors.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify drivers of variance.
• Collaborate with global colleagues across New York, London, and India.
