Responsibilities

• Investment analysis & underwriting: conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for potential investments.
• Deal execution: support transaction structuring, documentation, and coordination with legal and third-party advisors.
• Portfolio management: monitor existing investments, track performance metrics, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Investment committee support: prepare and present investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Operational support: assist with reporting, tracking deal flow, and maintaining internal systems and documentation.

We are partnering with a private credit secondaries firm in New York City that is looking to add a talented investment professional to its growing team. The firm invests across private credit secondaries, co-investments, fund-of-funds strategies, and direct investments (both credit and equity), and currently manages approximately $3 billion in AUM.

The team is seeking a Senior Analyst to focus primarily on evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities. This individual will play a pivotal role in leading transaction workstreams, performing rigorous fundamental analysis, overseeing due diligence processes, and presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership.

This is a high-impact position within a lean, collaborative team, offering meaningful responsibility, frequent exposure to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to directly influence the firm's capital deployment and portfolio construction.

Key Responsibilities
