Job summary
Clearwater Analytics, LLC seeks a Product Leader for Private Credit Modeling, Stress Testing, Valuation & Impairments to own strategy and delivery of our credit risk product suite. You will lead the roadmap, drive growth, and ensure production readiness for CECL/IFRS9 standards across global clients.
The role requires a builder-practitioner with deep credit modeling expertise, Agile leadership, and a track record of on-time launches.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in full credit risk lifecycle across private credit valuation and capital markets tech.
- Expertise in CECL/ASC 326, IFRS 9 ECL and global regulatory regimes.
- Proven Agile/Scrum roadmap ownership from requirements to rollout.
- Experience shipping new product features with cross-functional teams.
- MBA or advanced degree; CFA/FRM preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and backlog for private credit modeling and valuation product line.
- Drive growth targets and pricing strategy with Sales/Marketing.
- Lead end-to-end production model implementation and governance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Quant teams on requirements and priority.
- Present model outcomes and product performance to executives.
