SNI Financial has partnered with a leading investment management firm to identify a Private Credit Operations Senior Manager - Fund Operations. You will oversee complex fund structures, capital activity, and reporting for a cross-border evergreen fund.

Reporting to the Head of Fund Finance, Private Credit, you will collaborate with teams across the U.S. and Europe to launch and operate the fund, driving efficiency and controls while leveraging technology and AI.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in private credit fund operations, fund finance, or fund accounting oversight.
• Strong knowledge of direct lending, distressed credit, and evergreen fund structures.
• Experience with complex private credit products and multiple investment vehicles.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital activity, fees, liquidity, valuation, and investor allocations.
• Experience managing third-party administrators.
• CPA is a plus; Registered Investment Company experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee capital activity, liquidity, cash forecasting, credit facilities, investor allocations, and fund economics.
• Support management and incentive fee calculations, waterfalls, fund modeling, and performance reporting.
• Oversee third-party fund administrators and ensure strong controls, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations.
• Improve processes through technology, automation, and AI.

SNI Financial has partnered with one of the nation's leading investment management firms to identify a Private Credit Operations Senior Manager - Fund Operations. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced private credit professional with strong fund operations and fund finance experience who understands both the investment and operational sides of complex fund structures.

Reporting to the Head of Fund Finance, Private Credit, this person will play a key role in the launch and ongoing operation of a new cross-border evergreen private credit fund, partnering with teams across the U.S. and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Lead fund operations for complex private credit structures, including vehicles, feeders, sleeves, and share classes
