Job summary

SNI Financial seeks a Senior Manager, Operations - Private Credit to lead readiness and ongoing oversight for complex private credit funds. You will manage cash forecasting, capital activity, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, liquidity planning, and reporting dashboards.

The role requires 8+ years in private credit fund operations and fund finance, and direct lending or distressed credit experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations and fund finance.
• Direct experience with direct lending and/or distressed credit investments.
• Strong understanding of evergreen fund structures, private credit vehicles, investor allocations, capital activity, fees, liquidity, valuation, and credit facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen processes, controls, reconciliations, data governance, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency and reporting.
