Qualifications

• Two+ years in investment banking or a principal investment fund.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong finance, accounting, credit analysis, and valuation knowledge.
• Advanced financial modeling and statements analysis.
• Self-motivated with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research industries and market segments to develop investment ideas.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses for potential investments.
• Support senior associates in processing new investment opportunities.
• Build financial models for deal underwriting and structuring.
• Prepare internal memoranda and materials for investment recommendations.
