Mission Staffing is seeking a seasoned investment professional for a private credit investment firm in the United States. The role involves providing investment and transaction analysis, preparing opportunities for the Investment Committee, and supporting sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring activities.

The candidate will interact with investment banks, restructuring advisers, and legal counsel, contributing to a fast-paced environment while maintaining rigorous attention to detail

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of investment banking, direct lending, or restructuring experience preferable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide investment and transaction analysis.
• Prepare and present investment opportunities to the firm’s Investment Committee.
• Support sourcing and initial screening of direct and syndicated loan investments.
• Manage investment due diligence and documentation process, including engagement of third- party advisors and legal counsel.
• Monitor portfolio investments and provide detailed performance updates.
• Monitor market activity through interactions with investment banks, restructuring advisors, private equity sponsors, legal counsel, and other industry professionals.
• Support the Investment Team’s operational responsibilities.
