Job summary

Hidden Valley Country Club in Reno, Nevada is seeking hospitality-minded servers who take pride in creating genuine connections and delivering exceptional member experiences. This role emphasizes warm, personable service, learning members' names, and delivering thoughtful hospitality across dining areas and club events.

Pay is $15-$17 per hour, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate club activities and member needs.

Qualifications

Prior serving experience preferred (private club or upscale dining a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays/serveware as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver attentive, polished food and beverage service in all dining areas and club events
Greet members and guests warmly, learning and using names whenever possible
Anticipate member needs and personalize service based on known preferences
Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, daily features, and club offerings
Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless execution
Uphold HVCC service standards, appearance guidelines, and hospitality culture
Respond to member feedback professionally and with a solutions-oriented mindset
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming service areas
