Aufgaben

• Provides professional front-desk coverage and creates a welcoming first impression for members and guests.
• Answers calls, responds to routine questions, and routes inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Coordinates member communications with department heads and facility management, including notices and events.
• Prepares and distributes newsletters, emails, event promotions, flyers, signage, and other member materials.
• Maintains accurate calendars, website/app information, and on-property communication boards.
