Hideaway Golf Club in La Quinta, CA, is seeking a full-time seasonal Server to deliver exceptional hospitality to Members and Guests. This role supports restaurant operations, banquets, and club events with warm, professional service.

You will learn the menu and beverage offerings, make informed recommendations, and maintain a polished appearance while upholding the Club's high standards. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality, service, and communication to Members and Guests at all times.
• Develop knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Confidently make food and beverage recommendations based on Member preferences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take orders accurately and provide personalized service.
• Attend to banquet and event service during Club functions and private events.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dining areas and service stations.
