The Madison Club in La Quinta, CA seeks anexperienced Server to contribute to a premier member dining experience. You will deliver exceptional service, know the menu in depth, and coordinate with the team to ensure flawless dining moments for members and guests.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced, high-end environment and possess strong wine and beverage knowledge. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of serving experience in a full-service environment.
• Knowledge of ServSafe, HACCP, and local food safety standards; ability to obtain State Food Safety Certificate.
• Robust knowledge of wines and beverages.
• Extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and communication with members/guests and team members.
• Greet guests politely and anticipate needs to enhance experience.
• Present knowledge of menu items and make recommendations.
• Enter transactions into POS and close sales according to policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
• Ensure orders are complete and accurate before delivery.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Restaurant Manager.
