Job summary

Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Server to deliver a memorable guest experience in our Food & Beverage team. You will learn the menu, pairings, and provide attentive service from greeting to check, in a luxury club environment.

We have moved to a flat-dollar wage starting at $23 per hour, with merit-based increases and a clear career ladder. Benefits include Medical, 401k match, free on-site clinic, meals during shifts, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Prior high-end club or resort experience is preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in beverage service.
• Communicate guest preferences and dietary restrictions to the culinary team.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Provide a high-level dining experience in a family-friendly atmosphere.
• Utilize name recognition and personalized service to create loyal guests.
• Follow the three steps of service: warm welcome, friendly service, and fond farewell.
• Answer questions about club events and direct feedback to management.
• Maintain clean service areas and a professional appearance.
• Proactively assist other team members as needed.
