Desert Mountain Club, a premier private resort in North Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Server to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will know the menu, assist with pairings, and tailor service to guest tastes in a collaborative team setting.

Starting at $22.00 per hour or higher based on experience, with merit-based raises and a career ladder. Benefits include medical clinic, free meals, tuition reimbursement, and more. Prior full-service restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Prior high-end club or resort experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of menu items and beverage pairings.

Responsibilities

• Present menus and suggest dishes using upselling techniques.
• Communicate guest preferences and dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine offerings.
• Deliver a high-level dining experience and serve as a team player.
• Use name recognition to create personalized service and build loyalty.
• Follow the three steps of service: warm welcome, friendly service, fond farewell.
