Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, following the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. You will work with the dining team to ensure a seamless guest experience and assist in service duties as required.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, prior F&B service experience, and state-required Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily features.
• Assist in service duties and support overall dining operations.
• Handle guest concerns with service recovery techniques.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization.
