The Madison Club in La Quinta, California seeks a Server to deliver five-star dining for its private members and guests. You will provide attentive service, master the menu, and pair wines with plates, while maintaining the club’s standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year serving in full-service settings.
• Knowledge of ServSafe, HACCP and local food safety standards.
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge; ability to obtain State Food Safety Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and communication with members/guests and team members.
• Greet guests politely and promptly; anticipate needs to enhance the experience.
• Present extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients and pairings.
• Enter all transactions into POS and issue accurate checks; close sales timely.
• Be attentive to any food allergies and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards; assist with stocking.
