Job summary

Invited Clubs in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. You will apply Invited’s three-step service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, while supporting dining operations and team goals.

This role requires prior F&B experience, a high school diploma, and state-required Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications; completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training is expected. Weekend availability may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food and Beverage service experience required.
• State/city required Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain high service standards per Invited training.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques.
