Job summary

Invited in the hospitality industry is hiring a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. You will apply the 3-steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—while supporting dining room operations and teamwork.

Reporting to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager, you will maintain high professional standards, learn the menu, and assist with daily duties to ensure a seamless guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service as per Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders promptly.
• Ensure knowledge of the full menu including daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Support management and teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns with service recovery techniques.
