Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state regulations are necessary.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Maintain high standards of service according to the Invited F&B service training program.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques effectively.
