Invited is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding Invited’s service standards and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This non-lead role works with the team to support operations in the dining area and perform duties as required.

The role emphasizes warm welcomes, accurate order execution, and attentive service, with responsibilities including covering daily tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to member satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Ability to greet members by name and provide a welcoming experience.
• Must follow safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following Invited’s F&B program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests in a timely manner.
• Know the menu, daily features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Support teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
