Grasslands Club in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our front-of-house team. In this full-time role you’ll provide refined service to a loyal membership and build lasting relationships.

You’ll present menus, suggest pairings, coordinate with culinary and bar teams, and uphold impeccable standards. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a clear path from server to captain.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in fine dining, private club, or upscale hospitality.
• Passion for memorable, guest-centered dining experiences.
• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails.
• Polished, articulate communication with warm presence.
• Ability to manage multiple tables under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined, anticipatory table service in a fine dining environment guided by knowledge and intuition.
• Build genuine relationships with members, remembering preferences and dietary needs.
• Present menus with confidence, offering thoughtful food and wine pairings and in-depth knowledge of every dish.
• Coordinate seamlessly with culinary, bar, and support staff for flawless service execution.
• Uphold impeccable table setup, timing, and presentation standards throughout every service.
• Proactively identify and resolve member needs before they are voiced.
• Assist with private events, member functions, and special occasion dining.
• Embody and reinforce Tennessee Grasslands' culture of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
