The Ridge Club, operated by Invited, is a premier private golf and country club located in Sandwich, MA. The General Manager will lead strategy, operations, and member growth to deliver exceptional experiences and financial performance.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple departments, drive revenue, and maintain high service standards in a beloved Cape Cod setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 1 year of budgeting experience and strong financial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Lead department heads across key areas including Golf Operations, Facilities, Food & Beverage, Sales, Member Experience, and more.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate a strong leadership team and staff.
